The first step in support is to find out what the issue is. So, feel free to tap on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Gipper's IT support team will be with you as soon as possible. We'll try our best to get to your ticket. However, weekdays have a limited time amount. Please be patient and refrain from spamming the chat.
For fixing, you will be arranged something in the chat. You will also be given instructions on how to wrap your PC to assure it isn't damaged during transit.
After your PC is deemed fixed, it will be sent back to you. In doing so, you will be contacted (E-mail, Phone, Etc) and will be asked for a shipping address.
