Repairs will typically take 1-4 days depending on the activity's I am doing. If it takes more then this, reach out for more information on the state of your repair.
A PC should be sent to the directed P.O. Box. You should wrap it with bubble wrap and try to give the computer/laptop little space to move. You still want to protect it enough that it won't get more damaged in shipment though.
