Desktop and Laptop repairs

Laptop repair availability is only to a certain level. Some laptops have CPUs, GPUs, and RAM soldered in therefore making it almost impossible to fix or upgrade them. However, you can still get them fixed.

Desktops have full capability, everything can be repaired and replaced. Some may be more expensive them others to fix however.

When sending in a laptop or desktop, you must be very careful. Make sure to pack the box tight, and also make sure that it can't easily be broken if throw (Easier said than done)

BEFORE SENDING: Before you send the box containing the computer, please reach out to the company. This was we can make sure that it gets to the place it's headed.

ONCE RECIVED: Through your provided phone number and/or email, you will get a conformation message with confirmation the package arrived.

SENDING BACK: Your package will eventually be ready to be sent back. For this, we will need a provided address to send the package to.
